Project Manager– NZTA Civil Infrastructure Projects (Canterbury) Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in NZTA infrastructure projects , such as State Highways, roundabouts, and large-scale roading upgrades ? Do you thrive in a self-delivery contracting environment and enjoy managing complex civil projects valued between $5M-$35M ?Join our Civil Southern team at HEB Construction, based in Hornby, Christchurch, and lead the successful delivery of a range of high-impact civil projects across Canterbury. About the Role: As Project Manager, you'll represent HEB as the primary contractor interface with the client , taking full ownership of project delivery from tender handover to practical completion. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your project teams, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage key client relationships, and has a track record of delivering NZTA-compliant projects involving physical self-delivery across disciplines such as roading, earthworks, drainage, and structures.
