Deliver Excellence: Enhance the Member experience across all touchpoints, from enquiries to daily interactions. Host and organise Community events to strengthen connections and to elevate the profile of the business.Drive Sales: Promote and sell office spaces and services, conduct tailored tours to convert interest into memberships. Collaborate with the Christchurch Manager to identify sales opportunities and achieve occupancy targets. Perfect Presentation: Ensure the space across both sites are impeccably presented, maintaining an inviting, high-end atmosphere that aligns with the business’ chic brand identity.Manage Administration : Support invoicing and maintain CRM systems, creating engaging content for internal communications and social media.
