The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different every day! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience! Position Details This is a permanent, full-time position 40 hours/week with a pay rate of $27.30/hr working Tuesday - Saturday. Hours are commonly 7:00am– 4:00pm but a level of flexibility will be required as start and finish times can be subject to change depending on delivery schedule for the day.Qualifications This is a physically demanding role requiring someone with a good degree of strength, who can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you. We are looking for someone who:Can be on their feet for long periods of time. Is physically fit and able. Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work. Understands customer needs and can create a great experience for them. Ensures processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.Maintains work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional. Is responsible for the safety of yourself, others, and the products when driving. Has a Full, clean NZ Driver’s License.
