The position’s primary purpose of the Payroll Administrator is to process the payroll operations for KMD Brands Ltd. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and continuous improvement of payroll processes. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing using Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, for all NZ employees.You may also be required to assist with the Australian Payrolls, providing back up and support when necessary. Day to day you will: End-to-end payroll processing using Dayforce. Accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll, including all aspects of salary, leave, and deductions. Processing payroll-related adjustments, such as bonuses, overtime, and retroactive payments.Administration of employee benefits, including KiwiSaver and other statutory contributions. Generate and analyse payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making. Preparation and submission of all required payroll reports and tax filings. Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.Maintenance of accurate payroll records and documentation. Assistance with internal and external audits. Maintain and optimise the Dayforce payroll system, including updates and troubleshooting. Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. What you will need…Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications and Experience Requirements… Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably using Dayforce. In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a team environment. How to apply...
