The role involves on-site work at our facility located in Clarkville, Kaiapoi. The Dog Daycare and Dog Walk Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the well-being of dogs in our daycare, engaging them in play, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a clean environment. Daily tasks include walking dogs, supervising their interactions, feeding them, and providing basic grooming as needed. Additionally, the assistant will communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and behaviors.Qualifications Experience in daycare and working with animals is not essential but preferable. Training will be offered to the new employee. Skills in communication and interacting with pet owners. Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment for pets. Enthusiasm for working with animals and ensuring their well-being.Relevant experience or qualifications in animal care or similar fields are a plus. Comfortable working on-site in Kaiapoi.
