To provide top-notch phone-based coordination services and exceptional customer support. Whether assisting clients or support workers, you'll be the crucial factor ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, based in our Burnside office inŌtautahi Christchurch .Responsibilities include Managing phone-based and email enquiries from external stakeholders (clients, whanau, funders) and internal stakeholders (support workers, service delivery teams) Coordination of services between support workers and clients Rostering cover to ensure clients receive support when support workers are unavailableDelivering excellent customer service with empathy and genuine interest in helping others Demonstrating passion for the healthcare sector Using technology confidently and demonstrating computer literacy Building rapport and communicating effectively over the phone Maintaining a positive, adaptable, and resilient attitude, especially under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work over the end-of-year holiday period HealthCare NZ is part of the New Zealand Health Group, supporting over 30,000 New Zealanders to live independently in their homes, communities, and workplaces.
