Full Time or Part Time Immediate Start We’re looking for a driven Senior Structural Engineer to join our Christchurch team and help us deliver outstanding commercial and industrial projects. This is a real opportunity to take ownership through leading projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring others.About the role: You’ll be stepping into a tight-knit structural team that works closely with other technical disciplines. We have a strong pipeline of interesting projects to deliver, so we’re looking for someone ready to step in. You'll lead projects from concept through to delivery, building strong client relationships and supporting the team’s growth. You’ll be trusted to run jobs independently but backed by a team that’s supportive, ambitious, and values learning and fun.What you’ll be doing: Leading structural design and delivery on commercial and industrial projects. Managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development. Communicating confidently with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants.Taking initiative to solve problems and deliver high-quality outcomes. What we’re looking for: A self-starter with 7+ years’ structural engineering experience. Chartered (CPEng) or actively working towards it. Strong technical skills across steel, concrete, and timber structures. Confident leading projects and communicating directly with clients.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
