Your responsibilities will include: Sales and Community Leadership : Drive high occupancy rates, cultivate a vibrant Community culture, and oversee tenancy management. Lead a Community Coordinator to deliver a boutique hotel-like experience at every Member touchpoint.Operations and Space Presentation : Ensure all locations are impeccably presented, reflecting the business’ chic brand identity. Oversee the sensory detail and manage building maintenance to maintain a high-end atmosphere. Marketing and Communications : Implement a defined marketing plan, create engaging content and enhance visibility through social media.Strategic and Financial Oversight : Align operations with company-wide goals, manage defined budgets and identify growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Experience in operations or facilities management, ideally in Flex-Office, Business Community or high-end hospitality an advantage. Experience in sales, business development or event management is a standout.A sophisticated and polished presence and a passion for Business Community engagement is essential. A natural leader with team management skills to inspire a small team, excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the enthusiasm for creating collaborative workspaces to drive business growth is also essential.Proficiency working with technology is important, social media skills a nice to have.
