Renowned for their commitment to client service and positive workplace culture, this respected firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their dynamic Property and Commercial team.About the role This role involves handling work across General Practice areas, including residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, leasing, contracting agreements, trusts&estates, as well as wills and EPOA's. This position is best suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, effective problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A natural rapport with the firm's long-standing client base is essential, along with a results-driven mindset.What we are looking for: 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property or broader property law. A genuine interest in commercial property and a commitment to building a long-term career in this area. Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and client-centric approach to legal service.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative team player with a positive outlook and a solution-oriented mindset.
