Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a busy kitchen at a CDP Level. Capable of overseeing all day-to-day operations of your section.Ability to work with an established team of chefs and report directly to the Head Chef. As a Chef de Partie, you will be expected to: Organise your own prep. Run your section during service. Work in other areas of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef. Candidates must also: Enjoy a challenge and be eager to learn new skills.Be enthusiastic, passionate, and professional. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
