We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Team Lead for our New Zealand-based SDMs, located in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. You will lead a team of high-performing SDMs, ensuring they continue to deliver to our exceptional standards. We need someone passionate about our customers and our people, willing to go the extra mile to ensure both are well looked after.The successful candidate will engage at all levels across the business and customer base. Experience in people management, support, and service delivery is a plus. Note: This role requires a strong, energetic leader who can: Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to team members, focusing on customer and business requirements.Manage workload by allocating tasks according to team members' experience and competencies. Identify opportunities for improvements within the Customer Success Team and service to our customers. Create a service-oriented environment that delivers excellent customer service and drives high performance.Work with management to introduce new initiatives within the Customer Success Team. Oversee contractual obligations for support customers. Represent the voice of the customer within Fusion5 to ensure optimal outcomes. Manage administrative requirements, ensuring contracts, work orders, and licenses are maintained.Provide leadership and guidance to other team members. Be energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment. Mentor staff through helpful, specific, and timely feedback. Provide clear direction and improve team processes and relationships.Deliver excellent service to large enterprise and corporate clients. Multitask and prioritize effectively. Qualifications include: Ability to engage at all levels across the business and customer base. Experience in Service Delivery Management. Previous mentoring experience. Experience working in a professional services environment.Strong customer service focus and a penchant for learning. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to present ideas clearly and succinctly in business-friendly language.
