If you want to grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of ice cream, this is the place for you!Job Description: Manufacturing Shift Supervisor As a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor, you will lead the production team during your shift, coordinating with departments such as SHE, QA, UMS, Logistics, and Mix to meet targets related to Safety, QA, OEE, Volume, and Waste. You will champion Factory Operating System practices, uphold safety and morale, and ensure quality compliance.Coordinate and prioritize resources to meet shift targets for OEE, Waste, Safety, and QA. Deliver shift targets and participate in weekly production planning. Implement safety and environmental procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and control waste during your shift. Capture and transfer top loss data to the next shift.Use appropriate tools to identify, prioritize, and resolve problems. Coordinate with QC to ensure execution of quality and food safety programs (HACCP, CCP, OPRP, etc.). Act as incident commander, coordinate SHE/Q incidents, and initiate EWOs. Ensure completion of safety documentation and risk management activities.Adjust production plans as needed to mitigate risks. Handle disciplinary actions, employee coaching, and conduct reviews. Lead daily meetings and participate in improvement projects. Support individual growth initiatives and participate in OEE/waste reduction projects.
