If you are wanting to work for a company that takes care of their people through well-being and development initiatives, and the planet, through ethical supply chain, products and core values, then look no further!About the role: Join Ceres vibrant Sales team working 4-days per week as the South Island Territory Manager playing a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers within Foodstuffs South Island and Independent stores as well as increasing the distribution of Ceres Organics current products and NPD. It's an exciting time to be joining the Ceres team as we continue to grow in both the NZ and AU market.Responsibilities include: Maintain call cycle as per territory plan. Build on customer relationships at every call through defined commercial objectives. Full management of Sales Merchandiser Team. Spend time in store to support and coach in all elements of the Sales Merchandiser role. Identify and investigate new business opportunities. Mine the base of existing customers.Ensure self and team achieve KPI's including Input (Territory Management) and Output (Sales to budget). Skills and experience: At least 2-3 years in a similar sales role. An understanding of the retail FMCG and/or Health Food industry and its challenges. Great negotiation, commercial and planning skills.Must be a people person with the ability to create rapport quickly. Must have the ability to work in New Zealand and hold a current full New Zealand Drivers licence. Why is Ceres a great place to work?
