An exciting opportunity is now available to represent one of New Zealand's most loved coffee brands - L'affare. Aitkens Hospitality is seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage and grow the Dunedin / Otago wholesale Territory (including Queenstown). Location: Can be based in Christchurch, Dunedin, or Central Otago.This role may be physically demanding, as heavy lifting is required from time to time. Reporting to: Coffee Sales Manager As the Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: Hunting for new business opportunities. Maintaining customer relationships, call plans, and promotional activities.Networking within the hospitality industry. Undertaking espresso machine repairs and diagnosing faults. Training customers to ensure the highest standard of coffee preparation and service. Traveling out of town approximately 4 nights every 4 weeks, as this is a territory role. We are looking for someone who:Has a passion for coffee. Is a self-starter, results-driven, and customer-focused. Is positive, outgoing, confident, and motivated. Can work autonomously and as part of a team. Possesses good organizational and time management skills. Has a mechanical aptitude; technical work will be part of the role.Willing to obtain electrical appliance certifications. Is physically fit. Holds a full driver’s license.
