About The Role We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, high-performing new Business Development professional, selling HR&Health&Safety outsourcing solutions to the SME sector (5-50 employee businesses). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about new business development. Industry experience is not required; what matters most is your energy, ambition, and ability to sell conservatively. We provide comprehensive training , including a full induction program that includes a dedicated week at our Sydney HQ to set you up for success.Key Responsibilities Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activity. Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner and your own self-generated appointments. Achieve quarterly sales targets. Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, high-reward culture. What do you bring to the team At least 2 years of experience in selling in a B2B environment (industry experience NOT required). Confidence in value-based/consultative selling.Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including Business Owners, Board of Directors, and HR Managers. Commission accelerators: Each month, increase your earnings into 10% accelerators. Year 1 Package: Starting base salary of $100,000 plus a Company Car or Car Allowance, with a minimum first-year earning of $150,000. Peninsula Bonuses: Additional quarterly bonuses up to $30,000.International Sales Conferences: Unforgettable experiences for top performers to be recognized for their achievements.
