We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused Retail Assistant to join our store team on a part-time and casual basis. If engaging customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and making a lasting impression excites you, Pandora is the place for you!Part Time Roster: Tuesday 10:00am - 2:00pm and Thursday 10:00am to 5:00pm The role Our Retail Assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success through influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge. Every shift offers the chance to help create customers' special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.What to expect from the role Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value. Building a rapport with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs.Learning and confidently sharing Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data. Assisting with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly. Merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment.Operating the till system, handling transactions, including returns and exchanges. The successful candidate We seek passionate, motivated team players who enjoy expressing their individuality by styling Pandora jewellery and sharing ideas with customers: Ability to build rapport and engage naturally with people, giving a voice to their loves daily.A knack for seeing and creating opportunities to achieve and surpass sales targets.
