Built on a reputation of talking straight with customers and providing quality service long after the initial sale, we’re passionate about our people, our customers, and our industry.We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant with a background in the Agriculture industry to join one of our largest branches, based at the heart of the Selwyn district in Rolleston. About the Role This opportunity will see you: Engaging with customers to provide professional advice on thesuitability of our range of equipment for their individual needs.Managing an existing client base to further develop relationships and generate new business. Being an outstanding brand ambassador. Conducting equipment demonstrations and customer events. Implementing regular call cycles and maintaining sales documentation. You’ll also be supported to undertake continual training and development to ensure you’re ahead of the game with new product and technology developments.About You Ideally, you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of New Zealand’s agricultural industry. Sound experience with modern machinery/products and management technology systems. 2+ years of proven sales experience is desirable. In addition to the above technical abilities, you’ll also possess:Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills. Organisation and drive to successfully manage your time to achieve the best sales outcomes. Competence using IT systems with the ability to pick up new programs quickly.
