We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused Retail Assistant to join our store team on a part-time and casual basis. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!Part Time Roster: Monday 10:00am - 4:00pm and Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm The role Our Retail Assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand. Every shift is an opportunity to help create special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.What to expect from the role Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value. Build relationships with customers by answering queries, delivering exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs and preferences.Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and gathering customer data. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly. Maintain high store standards through merchandising and ensuring a tidy environment.Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.
