We value community, inclusiveness, kaitiakitanga, and excellence.Job Description As our Logistics/Operations Specialist , you will ensure the supply and distribution needs of our customers are met nationwide. Working with the Supply&Distribution Manager, LPG teams, suppliers, and contractors, your responsibilities include: Performing analytical tasks such as forecasting, modelling, and maintaining models and spreadsheets for contract pricing and budgeting. Using analysis to make recommendations that improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Creating reports using tools like Excel and Power BI. Handling and resolving supply, demand, and logistics issues. Identifying and implementing process improvements. Participating in project work as needed. Qualifications What You Will Bring: Proficiency in forecasting, modelling, and data analysis.Attention to detail in budgeting and system maintenance. Problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and risks. Effective communication with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Proactive mindset to anticipate trends and challenges. Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and system maintenance.Ability to manage multiple projects. Industry knowledge, especially in logistics or transport, is advantageous.
