You will assume responsibility for largely existing long-term accounts while deepening your industry knowledge and relationships. For a capable individual, a forward career is assured; this is a fantastic opportunity to transition sales relationships from the incumbent who is retiring at the end of 2025.The Role: You will develop business opportunities and customer accounts across the Architect / Specification channel, focusing on strengthening relationships and growing market share. There is a large base of existing business to nurture and expand, alongside developing new opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with a small number of distributors. You are well-planned, organized, action-oriented, and able to independently manage responsibilities, using your initiative to identify and secure opportunities.You build loyal, consultative business relationships through integrity, service ethic, and follow-through. You possess sound knowledge of CRM and other technology tools; strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential in this building sector-related role.
