The opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Creative Specialist - Team Lead to steer our creative direction across both traditional and digital channels. In this role, you will oversee graphic and video production, develop integrated campaigns, and help lead digital advertising initiatives. You'll be responsible for creating a broad range of marketing materials for various platforms and conduct brand audits.In addition to the above you will: Develop of end-to-end integrated creative strategies for internal and external campaigns and collateral. Design and prepare various marketing collateral to enhance Fulton Hogan's brand across print, digital, and multimedia formats. Develop quality presentations for use internal and externally.Develop digital advertising and electronic direct mail initiatives including social media tiles, reels, website, and eDMs. Brand auditing across business-wide channels and platforms. Lead the graphic design and video production specialist, to drive consistency across all branded assets. To be successful in this role, you will have:A tertiary qualification in design or marketing. 5+ years' experience in brand, digital and graphic design. Experience and understanding of brand strategy, brand architecture, and the complexities of brand management. Experience working in a communications and marketing environment, with a strong lens on audience and channel distillation.Advanced experience in Adobe creative suite Additionally, you will unflappable under pressure, a strong relationship builder both within your team and across all levels of our organisation.
