About the roleThe Customer&Service Delivery Lead role has responsibility for operational performance, service delivery and management of the customer interface. The role will oversee the operational and financial performance of our customer, services and supply agreements, ensuring we meet client expectations. The role is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, delivering value-added services to both new and existing clients, and supporting warehouse and service delivery teams.This role will involve key account management and working in a logistics role across a distributed team. Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail will be critical. Experience in leading through change and optimising processes and departmental efficiency would be ideal.Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a supply chain , operations management or a logistics role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading leaders and teams. Demonstrated knowledge of operational logistics and supply chain execution.Technical knowledge of the electrical supply industry. Hold a current and valid driver's licence Exposure to procurement and supply chain planning at a strategic level.
