This role involves managing customer interactions in the aftersales department, ensuring smooth workshop operations, and maximizing sales opportunities for service work, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and able to deliver exceptional service standards.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Ensuring the workshop environment is efficiently loaded Handling warranty claims and ensuring timely completion of warranty work to customer satisfaction Organizing data capture to ensure effective communication with customers Optimizing opportunities for selling service work and promoting the Service and Parts department activitiesEnsuring customer satisfaction scores reflect business and manufacturer expectations Maximizing sales of motorcycle parts&accessories Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience (preferred but not essential) Motorcycle license (preferred but not essential) Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independentlySelf-motivated, able to work on own initiative without constant supervision Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels A flexible approach to working Package : Working Hours : Tuesday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00 ( 1st April– 30th September )Tuesday– Friday 08:30 - 17:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 16:30 ( 1st October – 31st March ) Salary : £30,000 Basic + Bonus Benefits : Competitive Salary, Staff Purchase Scheme, Car Benefit Scheme, Health Shield – Health Cash Plan, Reduced Winter Hours.
