Deal Structuring: Close profitable deals while meeting customer needs and adhering to lending guidelines. Compliance&Paperwork: Maintain accurate, compliant documentation. Customer Service: Provide a premium experience, answer queries, and build lasting trust. Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales to drive deals and identify F&I upsell opportunities. Market Awareness: Keep abreast of competitor offerings and evolving finance products to stay competitive. Performance Tracking: Analyze key financial and operational metrics and implement strategies to improve margins. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in automotive sales and/or F&I. Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Customer-first approach with a professional demeanor. Meticulous attention to compliance, contracts, and documentation.
