The role As a Customer Manager, your primary focus is to grow the business through existing customer relationships and assist clients during the integration of meals into their sites.Your responsibilities include: Teaching and providing insights to prospects and customers to enhance resident care, foodservice, and business outcomes. Tailoring solutions to improve quality, increase revenue, and reduce risks in food service. Managing implementation plans to ensure successful change and value realization.Offering ongoing support for continuous improvement by leveraging Pure Food expertise. You will communicate benefits, nurture relationships, support change adoption, and introduce new product lines across various site roles, from managers to carers. This role is based remotely in Christchurch, covering the South Island and South Auckland, with frequent travel and overnight stays required.About you You are an experienced account manager with skills in influencing, change management, and relationship nurturing. Industry experience in healthcare, food service, or similar sectors is preferred. You should have a passion for aged care, empathy, and resilience, with the ability to adapt to industry changes and navigate diverse situations.
