This role suits someone passionate about patient outcomes, with excellent relationship skills and a drive to generate revenue.Key Responsibilities Achieve revenue targets by engaging new and existing surgeons. Provide in-theatre support to orthopaedic surgeons. Build strong relationships with surgeons and nursing staff through training, education, and clinical support. Ensure surgical cases are properly equipped with instrument kits, implants, and user guides as per customer needs.Requirements Experience in the medical industry and hospital theatres. Experience selling orthopaedic products to surgeons and working in hospital environments is preferred. Relevant tertiary education such as physiotherapy, paramedicine, biomedical engineering, science (anatomy), or nursing is advantageous.Resilience and versatility to work independently or in a team, with a passion for providing excellent service. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within New Zealand.
