Key Responsibilities: Develop&Implement Category Strategies: Shape and execute strategies that align with market trends and customer demand. Product Trends&Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest trends, analyze competitor activity, and track product performance. Supplier Relationships: Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to negotiate the best deals and ensure timely delivery. Product Assortment&Pricing: Curate an exciting and trend-forward product range while maintaining competitive pricing and profitability. Promotions&Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and build brand awareness. Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product categories. Testing and Trailing New Products: Determine strategies for launching the latest products to market.What We’re Looking For: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with suppliers. Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret market insights and drive category growth. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Commercial acumen, with proficiencyin Excel and inventory management systems.Experience in large-scale buying is highly regarded. Familiarity with NetSuite and TONIQ software is a bonus. Why Join Us?
