What we offer: International Certification as a“Great Place to Work”.About the role: We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence in the sinks, tapware, and plumbing market. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for business development and a strong understanding of the industry.Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the South Island. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including plumbers, builders, and retailers. Provide expert advice on product solutions to meet customer needs. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Accurately record all sales data into CRM after each visit. About you: Proven sales or account management experience in plumbing, tapware, or building supplies. Excellent CRM skills, with the ability to ensure timely and detailed data entry to support effective sales tracking and customer management.Strong relationship building and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. What’s in it for You?
