As a Head Chef: Lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to specification&our standards are never compromised. Lead, manage, coach, mentor&champion our standards&culture. Recruit&select kitchen team members. Ensure strict compliance with food safety&health&safety regulations. Develop&grow your team’s knowledge, experience&expertise. Manage orders, stock takes&GP’s.
