This role covers our nationwide fleet of vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and trucks. You will manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and leasing partners, and support the Procurement Manager with supplier strategy.The key responsibilities include: Providing fleet performance and compliance visibility against targets Executing maintenance requests and compliance requirements Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in line with policies Mōhou ake | About you We are looking for a collaborative Fleet Manager focused on process implementation and successful change management.Necessary skills and experience include: Project management skills with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Experience within a large, complex commercial organization Significant fleet management experience, preferably in freight and distribution Experience in developing policies, practices, and systems for business improvementProven ability in strategic planning and budgeting A tertiary degree in a relevant business field is desirable.
