ŌCHT is responsible for tenancy and property management, strategic asset management, and building new quality affordable homes.This is a busy role where you will work closely with the General Manager of Tenancy to be an excellent landlord and deliver tenant-centered social landlord services. The Tenancy Services Manager accountabilities are: Drive quality landlord services that add value with strategic and values-driven leadershipEffectively manage resources, budgets, performance, and systems Demonstrate a systemized and disciplined approach to risk management and compliance with all legislation Oversee systems for rent collection, property inspection, and tenant well-being Lead and manage a multi-disciplined team, ensuring compliance with all legislation, regulations, and organizational requirementsExperience and qualifications requirements: Tertiary qualification in a related field or relevant qualification in business management, or equivalent A minimum of five years’ experience in leading a cross-functional team Working knowledge of HSWA 2015 Experience managing a large rental portfolio of public/community or private housingPlease send your CV and cover letter through SEEK applications.
