As parcel volumes increase, this role is pivotal in our dynamic national network.Key Responsibilities People leadership and engagement with truck drivers and contractors Demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high-performing, positive team culture Overseeing rostering, payroll, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations Work Locations and Shifts This role is based at:East Depot in Mowbray Street, Monday to Thursday My Food Bag site in Hornby, on Sundays Shift hours: 8am - 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday), 10.30am - 7pm (Sunday) Health and Safety Our 'Safety Always' approach underpins all activities, focusing on injury prevention, early intervention, and continuous improvement. Demonstrable experience in these areas is preferred.Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in leading teams Fleet management skills Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills to enhance team culture and performance Alignment with NZ Post values Clear task assignment and objective setting skillsCurrent OSH FL Certificate or F Endorsement, or willingness to obtain one Additional Information Interested in starting your journey with us?
