This exciting new role reports to the Head of Key Accounts and Strategic Partnerships and leads the growth, innovation, and development of the Farmlands Card business.This role involves full oversight of our card business, including business development, portfolio management, and the development of retention and re-engagement strategies aligned with our 5-year growth plans. The Partnerships team comprises senior portfolio managers and partnership specialists. The day-to-day responsibilities include:Leading and growing the profitability of the Farmlands Card business, maximising strategic opportunities to meet shareholder and partner expectations. Developing and executing annual business and strategic plans, including budgeting and ROI monitoring. Overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring best-practice controls and processes.Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, etc.) to optimise promotional activities and customer offers. Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with key partners. Leading, coaching, and developing a team focused on accountability, learning, and succession planning.Mōhou ake | About you To succeed, you'll have significant experience in sales leadership and relationship management, preferably in complex organisations. You should be a skilled people leader with the ability to coach and develop individualised strategies for portfolios. To win, you'll also need:Proven ability to lead teams to exceed targets with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong data analysis capabilities. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence diverse stakeholders.
