With expansion into Australia underway, we’re strengthening our home-market team for the next stage of growth.The role Reporting to the NZ Sales Director, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of real estate agency clients nationwide. Your mission is to help agencies maximize buyer reach through HouGarden’s listing campaigns, advertising, and data solutions, while consistently exceeding revenue targets.Key responsibilities Identify, pitch, and close new agency partnerships; run the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract. Onboard clients and provide best-practice training on listings, campaign tools, and performance analytics. Nurture long-term relationships: conduct regular business reviews, optimize campaigns, and drive renewals/upsells.Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to incorporate client insights into platform improvements. Represent HouGarden at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. What you’ll bring 3+ years’ account management/business development experience in property portals, prop-tech, or real estate agencies.Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. High self-motivation, organization, and a growth-oriented mentality.
