Job Description: Directs Category Manager - Christchurch We are seeking a Directs Category Manager to join our team in Christchurch. This role reports directly to the Merchandise Manager and is crucial in building and maintaining partnerships with Direct Supply Partners within the FreshChoice franchise network. The role involves collaborating with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure supplier agreements and operations comply with Woolworths Group standards and the Grocery Supply Code.Responsibilities | Hei mahi Onboard new Direct Supply Partners Negotiate and harmonise trading agreements Ensure franchise compliance requirements are met Drive growth within the SME supply network Optimize the charge-through process for seamless operations Foster long-term supplier relationships and operational excellenceThe role also contributes to the strategic growth of FreshChoice through supply chain development and commercial strategies.
