You will be part of a team working on large-scale projects from North to South Auckland, including major housing developments. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Ensure land development construction projects are completed on time and within budget.Planning&Programming: Prepare, plan, and propose project methods, sequences, durations, and resourcing. Collaboration: Work closely with construction and survey teams. Objective Delivery: Achieve project goals related to safety, quality, time, and cost. Contract&Financial Management: Oversee contracts and manage financial aspects. Direction: Provide guidance to subcontractors and plant hire contractors. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.Innovation: Implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
