In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the operations of our integrated village, which includes independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care, ensuring exceptional, compassionate care for every resident. You'll be supported by a dedicated senior management team and have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through our renowned Ryman Leaders development programme.About You You possess a strong background in staff management and proven leadership abilities. Your positivity, approachability, and genuine people-first mindset help you build meaningful relationships. Experienced in leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
