It is responsible for most day-to-day accounts functions, working alongside the CFO for month-end processes. It also oversees weekly payroll (Crystal payroll) for approximately 40 staff and reconciles with a commission-based sales team. Additionally, you will support the business with administrative tasks as needed.Key responsibilities include: Accounts payable and receivable, daily bank and credit reconciliations Supplier invoicing GST returns and IRD payments Weekly payroll oversight Responding to customer account queries Managing Xero for the business About You At Sunshine Solar, you're not just an employee; you're part of a family that values your contribution and is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
