Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role We are looking for an experienced Detailer to work with a leading nationwide company. This is a permanent full-time position working in a supportive and collaborative work environment that values your contributions and fosters your growth.Hours of work will be 07:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. What you’ll be doing Creating drawings of wall frames and roof trusses for production to ensure efficient design and manufacture, utilising industry leading software Ensuring positive working relationships are maintained with customers, providing expert advice, assistance as required and an exceptional customer serviceCommunicating with the production team to ensure the smooth transition from design to manufacture Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the design and production process Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all design work Continuously exploring new techniques and technologies to enhance the design process and improve overall efficiencyWhat we're looking for A minimum of 2 years detailing experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in MiTek 20/20 or Sapphire (having achieved 101,201&301 MiTek exams) desirable but not essential Ideally, you will have experience or qualifications in the construction industry and a good understanding of residential&commercial construction techniques Solid understanding of residential construction, timber grades and basic timber engineering Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, designers, and production personnelExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills What’s on offer An excellent salary, work vehicle, laptop and mobile.
