Your Mission : As one of our Property Investment Specialists, you'll be leading the charge in expanding our presence across Canterbury. You'll build meaningful connections both in and outside of Harcourts Grenadier, drive growth in the Grenadier Rent Shop team, all while helping property investors unlock their potential.What You'll Be Doing : Prospecting for new business - connecting with developers, investors, and industry professionals. Strengthening in-house relationships to generate reciprocal opportunities within Harcourts Grenadier. Completing rental appraisals and assessments for listings - both in person and virtually.Guiding clients through the early stages of their investment journey. Presenting at meetings and engaging with the wider Grenadier network. Who You Are : A natural people person with energy, drive, and ambition.
