Hub Box is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails&craft beer. As a Duty Manager, you will: Support the General Manager&Deputy General Manager in leading the restaurant team in the delivery of our ambition. Create opportunities to coach, mentor,&train the restaurant team. Assist the GM and DGM in shaping the rotas to ensure we have the right people in the restaurant at the right time. Optimize the commercials by enhancing performance&productivity. Keep the restaurant safe, sound,&compliant by ensuring adherence to all Health&Safety regulations, The Good Work Plan,&The Working Time Regulations.
