The shift is available from 2245 to 0715. In this role, you will: Oversee residents and facilitate engaging activities Follow individual care plans, providing compassionate careBuild lasting relationships with residents and their families Utilize technology, including our care app myRyman Learn about each resident's background to enhance their well-being About You To succeed in this environment, you will have: Dementia care experience Strong empathy and communication skillsKindness and professionalism Reliability and friendliness Willingness to complete relevant qualifications within 18 months Note: Applicants must have New Zealand work rights due to immigration requirements.
