With plenty of opportunities for growth, a family-feel team, and no shortage in the variety of work that gets undertaken - this role will suit a high-performing, personable Civil Engineer who enjoys building relationships as much as completing civil construction projects to an excellent standard.The team consists of 10 staff in Christchurch and mid-30s for the group. They have a culture-first mentality and make time for various team events and enjoy clocking off early on a Friday to reflect on a big week! You'll enjoy the balance of knuckling down at the desk working on your designs in Civil 3D, as well as getting to see some pretty impressive projects up close&personal.
