The flagship brand, Manuka South, represents the pinnacle of luxury in Manuka honey and bee-based wellness.As they continue to grow across global markets, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to help scale and optimise the day-to-day operations, ensuring product excellence, supply chain efficiency, and smooth delivery from hive to customer. The Opportunity You’ll oversee the daily operations of our facility, including procurement, inventory, production planning, compliance, logistics, and team leadership. Working closely with various teams, you’ll ensure high standards for quality, traceability, and timely delivery. You will also shape systems and processes to support ongoing growth, both locally and internationally.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse, production, and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage supply chain, vendor relationships, and material planning using ERP/MRP tools. Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support other departments.Lead, mentor, and support the operations team across production, QA, and fulfillment functions. Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, production capacity, and inventory management. Champion continuous improvement while maintaining the premium positioning of the Manuka South brand. Ensure product traceability and export readiness, especially for high-value SKUs.About You 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production management, preferably within the food, FMCG, or health product sectors. Strong command of ERP/MRP systems, with the ability to optimise workflows and drive process improvements. Proven leadership skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams.A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, paired with strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with export logistics, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance is a definite advantage. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and premium quality products.
