We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and service.Minimum Requirements Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience working within optics, along with supervisory or managerial experience. Applications without this experience will be automatically rejected. About the Role You will work in a large, busy store with a supportive and close-knit team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and team building.Responsibilities of the Supervisor Manage and lead a team of 7-8 staff daily Assist the Practice Manager in team and practice management Motivate and support staff, conduct 1-1s, promote training and development Manage rotas, oversee workflow, ensure policy compliance Set service standards, resolve escalations, enhance customer experienceMonitor performance, encourage upselling, contribute to store KPIs Oversee stock control and equipment usage Maintain health, safety, GDPR, and NHS compliance standards Facilitate communication between staff and management Provide professional advice on frames, lenses, and treatments Requirements of the Supervisor Leadership experience in retail or optics, with optical experience essentialPassion for delivering exceptional customer service Empathy, supportiveness, and motivation skills Friendly attitude and rapport-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and multitasking ability Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Compensation and Benefits Salary up to£27,000 for a 40-hour weekTeam-based bonus scheme based on sales KPIs 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, and 1 extra day per year (up to 25 days) Private healthcare through Aviva Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Sat, 9am-4pm Sundays, including 1 weekend day Opportunities for career development, including Dispensing Optician coursesNext Steps Apply now or contact Chris at Inspired Recruitment Group at 0121 778 6999, WhatsApp: 07926455077, or email: .
