With over 40 employees, we are committed to providing the best care and support.Role&Responsibilities As a receptionist, reporting to the Practice Manager and Reception Manager, your duties will include: Greeting and checking in patients; Thriving in a busy environment; Answering incoming calls; Booking appointments both via phone and in person; Invoicing and fee collection from patients;Performing administrative tasks as needed. Candidate Profile You should bring: Experience in administration and healthcare; Gensolve experience (beneficial); Account management skills; Focus, friendliness, reliability; A professional attitude with great customer service and meticulous attention to detail;Ability to work in a diverse environment; Experience with NZ Practice Management System; Decision-making and problem-solving skills; Flexibility with hours, methodical approach, good numeracy and people skills.
