About the Role | Mō te TūrangaAs a Warehouse Operator in our Distribution Centre, you will join a large team responsible for picking orders to keep our Woolworths New Zealand Supermarkets stocked and our customers happy! Successful applicants will receive $29.50 for the first 26 weeks of employment, increasing to $32.48. Those working across the weekend will include a $2 per hour shift allowance.Joining Our Selection Operation Team: You’ll take accountability for picking orders that are sent to our stores across Aotearoa to ensure they are fully stocked for our customers by using: Motorised Pallet truck operation Voice Picking and stacking stock Safety techniques and behaviours About You | MōuTo succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, be safety conscious, physically fit, and reliable. You’ll have excellent attention to detail for order accuracy, a willing attitude, and be self-motivated.
