We have a great team environment where we work hard, enjoy what we do, and have some fun along the way.About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Product Manager to support the development and execution of our Front-of-Wall product strategies , ensuring alignment with our broader company goals and objectives. This role plays a key part in shaping our product offering, enhancing customer experience, and driving commercial success.This role will see you: Identify market trends and consumer preferences to ensure our product range aligns with current demand and remains competitive. Develop Front-of-Wall products from initial concept through to market launch, ensuring innovation and quality at every stage. Collaborate with new and existing suppliers to keep showroom displays fresh, on-trend, and optimized for return on investment.Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards across our showrooms, creating an engaging and inspiring customer experience. Deliver training to team members, empowering them to confidently promote and sell new products. This role will be part of a high performing team. To be successful, you will:Have a strong interest in current design trends and a passion for staying up to date. Enjoy delivering tailored solutions and outstanding customer service. Be committed to continual learning and improving your product knowledge. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Be target-driven, with a genuine passion for sales and achieving results. Ideally bring industry knowledge or experience in a similar sales environment (preferred but not essential). Be energetic, positive, and a collaborative team player. Be willing and able to travel domestically as needed.
