What you’ll do: As the Financial Adviser Training Manager , you will create and implement practical, engaging training for financial advisers nationwide, spanning onboarding through to advanced professional development. Collaborating across compliance, operations, and adviser development teams, you’llensure training supports quality advice and outstanding client outcomes.Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver adviser training aligned with industry best practice and compliance. Initiate and run onboarding and induction programmes that set advisers up for long-term success. Maintain and enhance content on the MyAcademy platform to support digital learning.Monitor training outcomes , gather feedback, and adapt programmes to remain relevant and effective. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training aligns with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. What you’ll bring: Experience as a financial adviser or in a training/learning role within financial services, ESSENTIAL .A sound understanding of adviser training needs, compliance requirements, and the financial advice sector. Proven ability to create and facilitate effective training programmes. Confidence using learning management systems and digital training tools.
