This is your opportunity to join the team of 17+ in New Zealand, and 90 globally.As our Growth Marketer , you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising strategies across a variety of leading platforms. You'll be comfortable diving deep into data to uncover actionable insights, while also collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad experiences.What you’ll do: Own the paid media ecosystem: Strategize, create, optimize and scale high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Make data your superpower: Build conversion-focused campaigns backed by rigorous testing, analytics, and attribution modelling.Chase efficiency at scale: Manage substantial budgets while continuously improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics. Craft compelling ad creative: Develop thumb-stopping visuals and copy that drive action. Become an audience expert: Deeply understand our target segments and create personalized journeys that convert.Move fast and iterate faster: Rapidly test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to stay ahead of platform changes and market dynamics. The ideal person for this role should be comfortable balancing creative thinking with data-driven decision making, and be able to pivot strategies quickly based on performance metrics.You will have: Minimum of 1 year of digital /growth marketing experience, ideally within the technology sector Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsCreativity and a passion for experimenting with new marketing approaches Highly organised, proactive, collaborative and result-oriented Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred Nice to have: Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) Understanding of attribution and tracking implementation A/B testing methodology and statistical understanding Why Lumin?
